Coblence & Associés is pleased to annonce the nomination of Benjamin Magnet as partner

Benjamin Magnet specializes in debt restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, both advising clients and representing them in court. He also handles corporate, banking, financial and business litigation, both in arbitration and at court. He advises French and foreign industrial groups and service providers, especially banks and financial institutions.

Aged 39, Benjamin Magnet graduated at the IEP of Paris (“Sciences-Po”) and holds an advanced degree (DESS / Master 2) in tax and business law from the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005. He started his career at Simmons & Simmons (2005 – 2006) before joining De Pardieu Brocas Maffei where he became Counsel (2007 – 2017).

With the arrival of Benjamin Magnet, Coblence & Associés continues its development and diversification of its global offer. Benjamin Magnet will be in charge of the “Insolvency & Litigation” practice. The law firm now has a team of 40 lawyers including 13 partners.
