We advise our clients during all stages of operations: conducting audits, handling negotiations, drafting contracts and overseeing each project.

Further to our consulting services, we also handle all litigation that may arise in the course of an operation.

Naturally, we monitor all legal issues inherent to running a business (establishment, changes to memorandum and articles of association and other resolutions, re-registrations, demergers), as well as handling all disputes that may arise during its existence: implementing representations and warranties clauses, shareholder disputes, abuse of majority/minority position, etc.

Insolvency Proceedings

Our strength spans all aspects of insolvency proceedings and related fields ranging from conciliation, turnarounds (disposal or recovery) to bankruptcy operations, acting for debtors and creditors alike. 

We also advise businesses and private clients in all stages of business recovery, including business constitution, debt buybacks, acquisition of distressed assets or businesses, as well as supervising and coordinating details with court administrators, the relevant authorities and courts.
