Anne-Dominique Bousquet has been actively assisting in the development of the litigation department at Coblence & Associés since 1990.

Through her private law education, boosted by a Master’s degree in international law from Paris II University, Anne-Dominique Bousquet is actively involved in issues relating to contracts and agreements, as well as civil liability, resolution of financial disputes, including banking and capital markets disputes, resolution of disputes arising from commercial leases and between family members.

Her liking for human relations has led her to adopt a transversal approach in her consulting and litigation practices, which enables her to share a broad procedural experience with all the members of the Firm.

She mainly acts on cases requiring the application of several fields of Law.

Her ability to manage complex litigation, be it in terms of the novelty of a legal problem, the number of legal proceedings, or the international aspects of the case, naturally led her to compound her experiences in terms of arbitration both as lawyer and arbitrator.
