Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2001, Alexandre Brugière holds an advanced degree (DEA) in international and European public law from the University of Paris XI Sceaux (1997) and an advanced degree (DESS) in European law from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne (1998).
He started his career at Veil Jourde (2001), then worked at Fried Frank (2005-2009) while he was sent on a secondment to the New York office (2007), and joined the Corporate/M&A department of De Pardieu Brocas Mafféi (2009-2011).
Specialist in mergers & acquisition and stock exchange law, he advises French and foreign companies, as well as investment funds in all issues pertaining to acquisition, sale, disposal of assets, and restructuring and acts for issuers in capital markets transactions (listings, issuances of securities). In addition to this solid experience, his expertise covers commercial and stock market litigation.
