Chantal GIRAUD-van GAVER

Drawing from a passion for Law and human relations, Chantal Giraud-van Gaver has built extensive experience in both counsel and litigation, dating back from 1976.

In particular, her strength spans executive compensation and career management issues, based on her knowledge in reconciling various contractual obligations and regulatory issues throughout the careers of executives of all forms of companies.

A renowned and acknowledged practitioner amongst her employment law peers, she has the ability to find the right solutions for the most sensitive disputes, whilst maintaining the fervour and alertness necessary in managing complex individual litigation that may threaten important interests, acting both for businesses and management.

Chantal Giraud-van Gaver works closely with the corporate and criminal law teams of the firm to provide an all-encompassing service to her varied client base, hence ensuring all aspects of their projects are attended to.

Additionally, she is a founding member of AVOSIAL, an association for lawyers in employment and labour law, and regularly speaks at conferences and seminars on employment law.
