Ludovic Dorès is a highly experienced practitioner in business law, specialising in all operations relating to companies, particularly concerning creation, mergers, disposals and restructuring operations.

He has participated in several operations (acquisitions, mergers, disposals, LBO, MBO, etc.), through which he has gained experience enabling him to provide innovative legal solutions with regard to mergers of companies of various sizes, as well as setting up management packages tailored to the needs of management teams.
