Since 1990, Martine Riou leads and participates in the development of the labour and employment law department of Coblence & Associés.

She has demonstrated experience in managing individual disputes in the professional services and financial sectors.

Martine Riou is particularly keen on maintaining long lasting quality standards in terms of client relations. She has the capacity to immerse herself into a company’s corporate spirit, which enables her to keep sight of the challenges faced by the human resources managers she works with on a daily basis.

By keeping abreast of changes to legislation and case-law, she contributes to the building of the technical skills shared between the teams of Coblence & Associés.
