Elisabeth Laherre opted for employment law right from the onset of her legal career.
She is a HEC graduate and holds a Master’s degree in Trade Union and Industrial Relations Law, a specificity that gives her unparalleled insight into the business world and makes it possible for her to adopt a practical approach to solving problems.
She deals with all aspects of employment law, but is particularly interested in issues pertaining to industrial relations, ranging from establishing and maintaining a trade union, including relations between employers and union representatives as well as litigation issues in this field.
Additionally, she has a recognised expertise in handling restructuring operations, both in terms of devising and managing employment preservation plans and employment law issues during mergers.
Lastly, she oversees the devising and implementation of employment audits on behalf of acquirers or vendors.
A partner since 1986, she has gained a depth and breadth of experience in all economic sectors, ranging from transportation to media, including information technology.
