Charlotte HAMMELRATH

Charlotte Hammelrath was sworn in as lawyer in 1992, after which she joined Coblence & Associés in 1995 as an associate and later become a partner.

She strongly believes that a balance between human and working relations within a company is paramount to its success and expansion.

This position has led her to offer clients a consulting and litigation approach that mainly favours defending the company’s interests whilst tactfully handling communication with the employees.

She has taken up this challenge in view of the rise in employment law legislation and assists directors and human resources managers to anticipate potential risks and to evaluate them as globally and responsibly as is possible.

This experience built over 15 years enables her to assist in the direction of the employment law department of Coblence & Associés.

Charlotte Hammelrath is also a mediator at the Paris Chamber of Commerce.
