Eric Charlery holds a PhD in private law (1996) and lectures civil law at Paris X University. Prior to becoming a lawyer and practising in several prominent law firms, he served as technical adviser in the independent professions section of the Ministry of Employment.

Eric Charlery joined Coblence & Assocés in 2007 and contributes to the corporate department’s growth since he began serving alongside the other partners.

Eric Charlery assists clients both for counsel and litigation in commercial litigation cases involving commercial contracts, distribution contracts or service providing contracts.
