Claire Cambernon holds a Master’s degree in intellectual property from Montpellier University and a Master’s degree in digital and information technology from Paris I and XI Universities respectively. Claire Cambernon joined the IP/IT department of Coblence & Associés in 2003 prior to which she had practised as an associate.

Since then, she offers advice in the initial phases of a project and equally handles litigation issues concerning IP, IT, communication law, including general business law issues.

Her experience built working in communication agencies provides her with a transversal perception of client issues that may vary depending on the sector such as consulting, publishing, audiovisual or events organising agencies.

Claire Cambernon is a member of the Cyberlex association.
