Claire-Marie Dugas graduated from Paris X Nanterre University with a Master’s degree in employment law and human resources management.

Having developed a liking for human resources issues, she chose to become a lawyer and joined the employment law team of Coblence & Associés in 2007.

She practices with Chantal Giraud-van Gaver and Charlotte Hammelrath, advising businesses on individual working relations whilst developing skills in handling negotiations and litigation concerning executive departures.

Keen on addressing HRM’s challenges, Claire-Marie Dugas is today a member of ANDRH (French national association for human resources managers).
