Pierre Fargeaud holds Master’s degrees in private law and multimedia & information technology law.

Author of a thesis entitled “la prevue en informatique en droit français”, Pierre Fargeaud worked as computer expert at CELOG, a computer service centre (2003-2009). Parallel to this activity, he defended authors’ work in the digital environment as an authorised agent of the APP (programme protection agency).

Contact with his lawyer clients revived the desire to join the profession and he registered for a Bar professional training course in 2008.

On completion of studies, he joined the IP/IT team of Coblence & Associés, prior to which he did his training within the team, and now adds a supplementary and unique expertise to the team in the information technology field.
