Having successfully completed his Bar examinations in 1991, Philippe Benamou opted for criminal law right from the beginning.

He has been working on general criminal law matters for several years now, in parallel to his general law practice.

He gradually acquired other skills in light of diversified criminal law risks and ever-rising litigation. As such, in partnership with other departments within the firm, he now has the right resources required to handle all criminal aspects of a given case ranging from criminal law in employment, business and other general issues.

Owing to his transversal activity, Philippe Benamou has a diversified clientele, which he has the pleasure of representing, both as plaintiffs and defendants.

With experience spanning 20 years, Philippe Benamou admits to his preference for court proceedings, however, he has also developed a liking for assisting companies in day-to-day risk management.
